Offload Healthcare

Taking the weight off clinicians.

Clinicians should only do clinical care. We build and run the software that takes everything else off their plate: the records, the coordination, the handoffs and the admin.

02
The problem · an implant practice

Nine jobs, none of them connected. One person holds them together.

An implant dentist runs a business, a clinic, a sedation service, a surgical list, a prosthetic workflow, a records system and a lab relationship at once. Each lives in a different place, and none of them talk to each other. The dentist is the only link.

Click any area to see what goes wrong there and how Offload fixes it.

When the dentist is in surgery, on leave or simply busy, everything waits. And the practice can't grow past one person's capacity.

Missing records

Gaps often surface only at planning or at the lab. Recovering a missing scan or record takes days, and the case stalls.

Version mix-ups

The lab works from a file the surgeon did not approve.

Chasing by hand

Case status sits in one person's inbox, so everyone else waits until they have time to reply.

Time away from patients

Coordination eats into clinical hours.

01 · ImplantOS · In development

One record for each full-arch case.

Built for private practices in Ireland and the UK. The principal surgeon decides to use it; the treatment coordinator runs it day to day; nurses capture records against a checklist; the laboratory receives complete, versioned handoffs.

Design partners start with a hands-on service: we coordinate pilot cases with you, then turn what works into software.

02 · PracticeOS · Planned

One live record of the practice. Apps built around how you already run.

PracticeOS brings the practice's scattered systems into a single record, then builds the apps each practice needs on top of it: the day's summary, the diary, the inbox, lab tracking, stock, recalls and finance. No two practices get the same set, because no two practices run the same way.

You don't write code or manage software. We host it, run it and change it when you ask. Clinical systems such as your practice management and imaging software keep running; PracticeOS connects to them rather than replacing clinical records.

Virtual design rooms. Every case gets a shared, secure room for its CBCT, intraoral scans, face scans, photographs and X-rays, all in one place and open from any computer in any of the group's practices. As a group grows, records no longer need to be transferred: a patient can walk into any practice in the chain, anywhere in the world, and their full record is already there, with access controlled by the practice. 07
PracticeOS · Spotlight feature · Planned

Records that follow the patient. One click, any practice.

A patient can ask for their records to be sent straight to another practice, including one in another country. PracticeOS turns that into a single button: the patient verifies who they are, picks the receiving practice and confirms. CBCT, intraoral and face scans, photographs, X-rays and notes arrive complete, in standard formats any practice can open.

Records follow patients to any practice in the group, within each country's data-protection rules. Transfers inside the EU and to countries with equivalent protection go straight through; anywhere else, the patient gives explicit consent to that transfer first. Every request and transfer is logged, and the original practice keeps its own copy.

Why it matters · 01

Scaling a group gets easier

New practices join on the same record, and patients move between them with nothing to transfer by hand.

Why it matters · 02

Every practice works the same way

The same record, the same formats and the same checks in every site. That consistency is what lets standards hold as a group grows.

Why it matters · 03

A pillar for robotics

Robotic systems need practices that are alike: complete, consistent records wherever the patient is treated. This is part of what makes a practice ready for RobotOS.

08
03 · RobotOS · Long-term vision

A robot amplifies whatever practice it lands in. So the practice has to be right first.

Putting AI on a broken process doesn't fix it. It produces a poor solution that looks well engineered. Surgical robotics in dentistry is the same. If bookings, scheduling, patient records and case planning aren't done properly, a robot arriving in the surgery won't solve those problems. It inherits them.

That is why ImplantOS and PracticeOS come first. They get the everyday foundations down to a T, in a way that works the same in every practice and scales. RobotOS is the final step: the layer that connects a well-run practice to robotic systems, built in partnership with robotics companies rather than as a robot of our own.

The full RobotOS plan

A robot in a practice without the foundations

  • Records incomplete or scattered, so the robot's plan is built on gaps
  • No reliable diary for robot time, staff and consumables
  • Readiness checked by memory on the day
  • No outcome data flowing back, so nothing improves

A robot in a practice running on Offload

  • Every case complete, versioned and approved before surgery
  • Robot time, team and parts scheduled like any other resource
  • Readiness checked automatically before each case
  • Results logged against the plan, case after case

How we start

Nothing to retype. Nothing switched off until you're ready.

1

Talk

A call about how the practice runs today, and where the clinicians' time goes.

2

Visit

We spend time in the practice to see how cases, patients and paperwork actually flow.

3

See yours

A demo built around your own way of working, before you decide anything.

10
Who does what

You do the clinical care. We take care of the rest.

Clinicians remain responsible for

  • Assessment and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning decisions and plan approval
  • Consent conversations
  • Surgery and fitting
  • Clinical advice to patients

Offload handles

  • Records checklists and completeness checks
  • Versioned laboratory handoffs and lab status
  • Diary, inbox, stock and recall workflows
  • Next actions and stalled-case alerts
  • Drafts for your team to review and approve
Laboratories

We work with your laboratory, not around it.

Technicians keep the design judgement, finishing and quality checks. We make sure the lab receives a complete, approved, versioned case, and that remakes and fit issues are logged against the version and the reason.

Roadmap

Foundations first. Robots when the practice is ready for them.

  1. Now

    ImplantOS

Hands-on coordination of design-partner cases, then software.

  2. Next

    PracticeOS

One live record and custom apps for the practices already using ImplantOS.

  3. Then

    Scale the foundations

The same standards in every practice we work with, so readiness is repeatable, not one-off.

  4. Long-term vision

    RobotOS

With robotics partners, bring surgical robots into practices that are ready for them.

FAQ

Questions practices ask.

Are ImplantOS and PracticeOS available now?

Not yet. ImplantOS is in development and PracticeOS is planned. We are looking for a small number of design-partner practices, starting with hands-on coordination of real implant cases.

Do they make clinical decisions?

No. Diagnosis, planning decisions, consent, surgery and clinical advice stay with your clinicians. Anything that affects a patient, an order or an invoice waits for your approval.

Do we have to replace our practice management or imaging software?

No. They keep running. PracticeOS connects to the systems you already use and works alongside them.

How is patient data handled?

Your practice owns and controls its data. Before any pilot we agree a data processing agreement, keep data in the EU or UK, and make sure you can export your records in standard formats.

Are you building a surgical robot?

No. RobotOS is a long-term plan to work alongside robotics companies. Our job is to make sure practices have the bookings, records, plans and readiness checks in place so that a robot can actually be used well.

How much does it cost?

ImplantOS pricing is being tested with design partners. PracticeOS is quoted per practice once we have seen how it runs, and you know the price before you commit.

Who is it for?

Private practices in Ireland and the UK, starting with those that treat full-arch implant cases.
