Every module adds to it
Recalls, bookings, cases, lab jobs and payments all live in the same place. The more a practice uses, the more useful each part becomes.
We start with the most valuable, most coordination-heavy case in dentistry, add the proven front-desk products practices already buy, join everything on one record, and become the layer robotics companies plug into.
In the US, companies such as NexHealth, Dental Intelligence and RevenueWell have shown that practices will pay monthly for software that recalls patients, fills cancellations, follows up treatment plans and recovers missed calls. Each product does a few jobs well. Practices end up with many logins, and the principal is still the only thing connecting them.
Copying one feature isn't a business: established systems already offer many of them. The opportunity is to make the pieces work together better than anyone else, on top of the software practices already use, and to bring that to markets the US companies don't serve well, starting with Ireland.
Full-arch cases are high value and break most often, so the pain is obvious. Alongside them, cancellation filling and treatment-plan follow-ups: easy to prove, because the result is appointments recovered and treatment booked.
PracticeOS apps first (Recall, Book, Phone and Supply), then ConsultOS for case acceptance, InsuranceOS for cover and claims and TravelOS for patients who travel, each sold into practices that already trust us.
Every module writes to the same record. Practices replace a stack of subscriptions with one platform, and groups run every site the same way.
With complete cases, live diaries and readiness checks across many practices, we become the natural partner for robotics companies entering dentistry.
Recalls, bookings, cases, lab jobs and payments all live in the same place. The more a practice uses, the more useful each part becomes.
Connecting properly to practice-management systems is slow and difficult. Once done, every module and every practice benefits.
We build and change the apps for each practice. That service relationship is something an off-the-shelf tool can't copy.
Records that follow the patient make it easier for groups to add practices, and every new site starts on Offload.
Complete, consistent case data across practices: the foundation robotics needs and nobody else holds.
A founder who treats patients knows where cases actually slip, and practices can tell.
We start inside a single design-partner practice, coordinating real full-arch cases by hand until we know exactly where they slip, then turn what works into software.
Then practices across Ireland, where most dental care is privately paid, practices are reachable and our founding team is based. The same standards in every practice we work with.
Then the UK, Europe and the US, with InsuranceOS for insurance-led markets and TravelOS for patients who cross borders. Then more dental treatments and allied healthcare, wherever clinicians lose time to coordination.
We automate everything around dentistry that doesn't need to be done by a dentist.
Today that means full-arch cases and the front desk. Tomorrow it means the whole practice. Long term, it means being the layer that clinical robotics runs on.
This page sets out our plan. ImplantOS is in development, PracticeOS is planned and RobotOS is a long-term vision. We have no customers, robotics partnerships or integrations live today.
We are looking for a small number of Irish practices that treat full-arch implant cases.
