ImplantOS. One record for each full-arch case.

Full-arch implant cases fail in the gaps between people and systems: a missing scan, the wrong file at the lab, a part not ordered for surgery day. ImplantOS holds the whole case in one place and checks every step before the next one starts.

01 · ImplantOS · In development

One record for each full-arch case.

Built for private practices in Ireland and the UK. The principal surgeon decides to use it; the treatment coordinator runs it day to day; nurses capture records against a checklist; the laboratory receives complete, versioned handoffs.

Design partners start with a hands-on service: we coordinate pilot cases with you, then turn what works into software.

  1. Records

Scans, imaging and history attached and checked.

  2. Planning

Packaged for your planning software; you approve the plan.

  3. Lab handoff

Versioned pack to the lab. Case status is live, and the whole team can check it at any time.

  4. Surgery day

Guide, parts, provisional and consent confirmed.

  5. Final and follow-up

Post-op records to the lab, fit verified, review booked.

Step by step

What happens at each stage. And what we check.

01 · Records

Complete before planning starts

  • A checklist per case: CBCT, intraoral scans, photographs, face scan, radiographs, history
  • Each item checked for the right arch, date and format
  • Missing items requested from the patient or team straight away, not discovered at the lab
02 · Planning

The surgeon approves, every version tracked

  • Records packaged for your planning software
  • Every plan version kept; only the approved one moves forward
  • Changes after approval reopen the plan rather than slipping through
03 · Lab handoff

The lab gets one complete, approved pack

  • Versioned handoff pack, so the lab works from the file you approved
  • Pick-ups and print jobs tracked against the case
  • Live case status the whole team can check, not one person's inbox
04 · Surgery day

Ready, or flagged in time to fix

  • Guide, implants, components, provisional and consent confirmed in advance
  • Sedation, nurse and room booked against the case
  • Anything missing flagged days before, not on the morning
05 · Final and follow-up

The loop closes

  • Post-op records to the lab for the final prosthesis
  • Try-ins and fit appointments linked to lab milestones
  • Remakes and fit issues logged against the version and the reason
Always

Clinicians decide

  • Diagnosis, planning decisions, consent and surgery stay with your clinicians
  • Anything that affects a patient, an order or an invoice waits for approval
Who uses it

Built around the people who already run the case.

Principal surgeon

Decides to use it, approves plans, sees every case at a glance.

Treatment coordinator

Runs it day to day: bookings, chasing, patient updates.

Nurses

Capture records against a checklist, so nothing is missed.

Laboratory

Receives complete, versioned handoffs and updates status in one place.

How we start

Service first, then software.

Design partners start with a hands-on service: we coordinate real pilot cases with you, learn exactly where they slip, and turn what works into software. Nothing is switched off until you're ready, and nothing needs retyping.

ImplantOS is in development and not available for clinical use. Mockups use synthetic data.

Next step

Become a design partner. Start with one case.

We are looking for a small number of Irish practices that treat full-arch implant cases.
