Planned

InsuranceOS. Cover, claims and appeals, handled.

Most Irish dental care is paid by the patient, so insurance is a small job here, but it is still done by hand. In the US it is the biggest admin cost in dentistry. InsuranceOS starts with the schemes Irish and UK practices already deal with, and is built to scale to the US.

The apps

Four apps, one connection layer.

Verify

Check cover before the visit

Confirms what the patient is entitled to online where possible, or by an AI call to the insurer where it isn't.

Claim

Submit it right first time

Codes and checks the claim, submits it and posts the payment when it arrives.

Appeal

Win back denials

Drafts the appeal with the evidence attached and tracks it to a decision.

Connect

One link to many payers

The layer the other three run on: one connection that reaches schemes and insurers.

How we roll it out

Ireland, then the UK, then the US.

  1. 01 · Ireland

    The schemes practices already handle

The PRSI dental benefit, the medical card scheme, and private insurance plans that refund patients for dental care. Verify checks whether the patient qualifies and Claim prepares the paperwork. It is a small job, but one done by hand today, so it is an easy add-on for PracticeOS practices.

  2. 02 · UK

    More volume, same apps

NHS dental claims and dental payment plans, run on the same Verify and Claim apps.

  3. 03 · US

The way into the biggest market

Insurance work is the largest admin cost in a US practice. We start by building on existing insurance-data providers through Connect rather than hundreds of separate integrations, and win on Appeal and on sharing one record with the rest of the platform.

Why it's different

Insurance is one part of the record, not a separate tool.

Today, insurance tools sit beside the practice system and reach into it. InsuranceOS shares the record with PracticeOS, ConsultOS and ImplantOS, so cover is known when the plan is discussed, the claim is ready when treatment ends, and nothing is typed twice.

InsuranceOS is planned. We have no integrations with insurers, schemes or insurance-data providers today.
