Bring patients back
- Finds overdue recalls, lapsed patients and accepted plans that were never booked
- Texts or calls them back in
- Reports appointments and revenue recovered
Most practices pay for a dozen tools that each do one job and none of which talk to each other. PracticeOS joins them into one record, then runs the front desk, the diary and the follow-ups on top of it. We automate everything around dentistry that doesn't need to be done by a dentist.
PracticeOS brings the practice's scattered systems into a single record, then builds the apps each practice needs on top of it: the day's summary, the diary, the inbox, lab tracking, stock, recalls and finance. No two practices get the same set, because no two practices run the same way.
You don't write code or manage software. We host it, run it and change it when you ask. Clinical systems such as your practice management and imaging software keep running; PracticeOS connects to them rather than replacing clinical records.
Virtual design rooms. Every case gets a shared, secure room for its CBCT, intraoral scans, face scans, photographs and X-rays, all in one place and open from any computer in any of the group's practices. As a group grows, records no longer need to be transferred: a patient can walk into any practice in the chain, anywhere in the world, and their full record is already there, with access controlled by the practice. 2 open slots this week · 1 case needs a records visit booked
Purchase order drafted for review. Nothing is ordered without your approval.
Each of these exists today as a separate product. Practices that buy several still have to join them up by hand. In PracticeOS they share the same record, so each one knows what the others have done.
Planned. Nothing is booked, sent or ordered without the rules your practice sets.
Each of these is a proven category: US practices already pay monthly for software that does it, from companies such as NexHealth, Dental Intelligence and RevenueWell. Practices end up stitching several together. We rebuild the core of each for Irish private practice and run them all on the same record.

Order reflects our current plan and will change with what design partners need. Company names are examples of each category based on their published products; we have no relationship with them.
The practice exports the minimum needed. We run waiting lists, follow-ups and reminders; staff confirm diary changes. Useful from week one, with no dependence on any software vendor.
We read authorised availability and patient details from the practice system, so times offered are always accurate and nothing is kept twice.
Patients book, cancel and reschedule directly. Verified changes are written back to the practice system with a full audit trail and conflict checks.
Live integrations depend on each practice-management vendor. Some, such as Dentally, require approved-partner status, which we plan to apply for; others publish open APIs.
A patient can ask for their records to be sent straight to another practice, including one in another country. PracticeOS turns that into a single button: the patient verifies who they are, picks the receiving practice and confirms. CBCT, intraoral and face scans, photographs, X-rays and notes arrive complete, in standard formats any practice can open.
Records follow patients to any practice in the group, within each country's data-protection rules. Transfers inside the EU and to countries with equivalent protection go straight through; anywhere else, the patient gives explicit consent to that transfer first. Every request and transfer is logged, and the original practice keeps its own copy.
One click for the patient. The practice sets whether transfers go automatically or need a quick approval.
New practices join on the same record, and patients move between them with nothing to transfer by hand.
The same record, the same formats and the same checks in every site. That consistency is what lets standards hold as a group grows.
Robotic systems need practices that are alike: complete, consistent records wherever the patient is treated. This is part of what makes a practice ready for RobotOS.
Every practice runs differently. We visit, see how yours works, and show you a version built around it before you decide anything.
